Made in the image of their creator, the Chaotic god Ursas (worshipped in some barbaric human societies), Ursine warriors are great bears with curling black horns, like those of a ram. At times, Ursas will dispatch legions of Ursine warriors to aid loyal followers in the mortal world who pledge unending war against the forces of Law.
Ursine warriors are most often encountered in battle or in camp, as part of Chaotic barbarian hordes campaigning against Lawful societies. Walking upright on their hind legs, they are typically armed with tower shields and great clubs. In the heat of battle, however, an Ursine warrior may cast aside their shield and sword to engage opponents with tooth, claw, and horns. An opponent rammed with the horns of an Ursine warrior, in addition to taking damage, must save vs. Paralysis, or be stunned for one round.
Ursine warriors will always fight to the death.
