The wearer of this ring gains a Charisma of 18, granting them all the appropriate bonuses and other benefits.

Once per day, the wearer may cast charm person, as the spell of the same name, except they may not charm more than one person at a time. If the wearer casts the spell on a second person while the first is still charmed, the effect on the first person will cease.

If the wearer had a particularly low Charisma before putting on the ring, those who know them may well be suspicious of how they have suddenly acquired such a magnetic personality. This may lead others, eventually, to discover the powers of the ring—and to desire it for themselves.
